Refund Policy

Due to seat reservations and travel arrangements being made with our coach operators at the time of booking, all bookings are non-refundable.

Once a booking has been confirmed, seats are allocated and reserved specifically for your journey. As these reservations incur costs and limited spaces are available, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, missed departures, or passengers refused travel due to missing or invalid travel documentation.

Changes to Bookings

Booking amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Cancellation by Burak Travels

In the unlikely event that Burak Travels cancels a trip due to operational reasons, severe weather, insufficient passenger numbers, or circumstances beyond our control, passengers will be offered either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer their booking to an alternative date (where available).

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of all passengers to ensure they hold a valid passport and any required travel documentation. Failure to present a valid passport at boarding will result in refusal of travel and no refund will be given.
