  1. Booking: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed upon receipt of payment.

  2. Payment: Full payment must be made 8 weeks before the departure date unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Cancellations: Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the notice period before departure.

  4. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed according to the company's refund policy.

  5. Schedule Changes: The company reserves the right to change routes, departure times, or itineraries due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

  6. Passenger Conduct: Passengers must follow the instructions of the driver or tour guide and behave respectfully throughout the journey.

  7. Luggage: Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. The company is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Passengers are limited to 1 cabin size luggage and 1 rucksack size bag due to limited space.

  8. Safety: Seat belts must be worn where provided. The company may refuse travel to anyone whose behaviour poses a risk to others.

  9. Travel Documents: Passengers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, and any required travel documents.

  10. Liability: The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, road traffic and closures, or emergencies.
